A handbook for each and every year indeed !

Health:

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy..
5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:

11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy
in the positive present moment.
13. Don't over do. Keep your limits.

Way to Get On Well

To be an artist in HK,
the first to master
is how to deal with paparazzi.

Some of my peers tend to be somewhat extreme
some just stick to their own circles
others yet seem mysterious.
As for myself,
I just...do nothing
A gentleman is open and poised

It is because of my laziness rather than bravery.
Besides my efforts on work, family and entertainment
I have no extra energy to wrestle with dog packs.

In addition

If you meet a certain group of people frequently
as time passes
you feel them like your schoolmates outside your class

the feeling is... much warm.

Several days ago, I had a date with friends,
and ran into paparazzi.

Kick the Ball in The Eye of A Storm

I still remember last year I promise to strive.
Unexpectedly,
March has come in a blink...

While many plans are in progress,
more have been engulfed by the tsunami.
It never occurred to me that the financial storm has such strong power.

As an artist,
working hours shall be 24 hours.
All out at work,
and equip myself before ready.
Recently, among my exercise options
apart from usual body-building and running,
I also made a new group of friends
together kick the ball!
Football for me,
is already a puppy in childhood
I never expected I still have the oppotunity today, to speed up in the grass!
In the beginning, I couldn't stand the intense activity,
My face turned blue then red and then pale and I was out of breath and almost to a frazzle.
And the second day I even have to stick to the bed!
However, as long as I keep it up
keep it up
I'll be used to it.

Now I have persisted in for several weeks,
my physical ability is better,
and I'm more spitited!!!!!

Not Yet Dawn

When you are gonna sleep
to choose a right book
is important.

What does "right" mean?
You'd better take a reference book
before I could finish several pages
I get sleepy

Closed-door working for few days
Cannot write out any words
I was depressed...
And showing distressed expression...

A moment later, Miss Yuen(Anita) found a human-like fossil (me) when she was
passing by.
So she persuaded me kindly: you can not go on long like this. Well, I will go to
Singapore for business, and I think you should go with me. And you may get new
ideas when you were in a new circumstance.
When I was hesitating about whether to go...
I saw Miss Yuen doing some input and confirm on the computer.
Then she turned to me and said: It's all been done!
And I also turned to her and said: OK, I'm not afraid.

Then we set foot on the plane on July 5th morning.
We arrived at Singapore............'s neigborhood ----Brintan Island.

Brintan Island is a small island belongs to Indonesia.
Therefore, after travelling by air, we had to spend another hour on boat to get
to the destination.
Miss Yuen took a nap for a moment on the boat after taking some pills.
And I was under an illusion that I could continue my creation under such
beautiful sunshine or on the beautiful beach.

However...
Life is changeable
The very one to welcome us was the heavy rain.
It interrupted their (miss Yuen) busy schedule.
And the heavy rain made me upset too.
We could only look forward to tomorrow.
Although it was raining,
It made a special atmosphere for creating.
So I decided to continue my work in the room.





July 9, Sunny

I continued my work with my new notebook and pen last night.
Because of keeping in a same pose for a long time, I got a pain on my neck
today.
When I was muddled…
There came a phone call: we have finished our shoot, would you like to have
lunch with us?
I accepted her invitation without hesitation to prove that I was not an OTAKU.

The weather was fine, and I got to the restaurant.
All the people of their company are very friendly.
I was ready to write something under the sunshine after the lunch.
But I didn't know whether I was too tired or something else,
It was strange that I saw some ghosts in the grass in board daylight.
When I was trembling, the wit lady, Miss Yuen, shouted loudly: There come the
paparazzi!!!

It was amazing!
Staying in the tropical forests, far away from HongKong
There were exactly the familiar faces I had known.

There are 4 lucky things in people’s life, fortunately, I met the best one of
them---- to meet old friends in a foreign land.
I was excited to find such news, then something stranger happened.
A reporter came to us slowly…
He told us kindly: a reporter(who belongs to another magazine) is shooting you
over there!

At this moment…
I was wondered if I was shooting a film in HongKong, named Infernal Affairs IV
Otherwise there couldn’t be so many HongKong reporters.
I was confused by such circumstance, then the former simply sit beside us to
have lunch…

The sky was blue..
The air is sweet..
The world…
Is beautiful

Of course
My wishful thinking was realized…
With the “help” of that reporter I found my room smoothly after lunch.

Because of refusing to be a sight of paparazzi
I made myself stayed in the room again…

Actually, it was not that bad
I, at least, could be absorbed in my creation.
But I got to know a truth this time that\
Absorption could do nothing to get an new idea.




July 9, the weather..not too good not too bad

We had ten all together, and we leave for Singapore at 8 am.
There were also some other friends came along with us----the later reporters,
who pretended to be travelers.

It was so strange
They followed us to Singapore, and we knew it well,
They also got to know that we had realized them

But we all had to pretended we didn’t know each other
I have been an actor for a long time
And I felt tired to pretend in our lives.

We came back to HongKong at last
When we went to pick up our luggage
The later reporters could not keep on pretending any more.
They, at last, took out their camera and kept on shooting around me closely for
nearly 300 pics.

In a very close distance
I thought he just wanted to get me angry.

ไม่เช่นนั้นแล้ว ในเวลานี้คงไม่มีนักข่าวฮ่องกงมากมาย
ผมรู้สึกสับสนกับสภาพแวดล้อมนี้จริงๆ
แล้วพวกเขาก็นั่งลงข้างๆเรา เพื่อทานอาหารกลางวัน

ท้องฟ้าสีคราม
บรรยากาศก็แสนหวาน
โลกก็แสนสวยงาม

แน่นอนที่สุด
ผมได้ตระหนักถึง
ความต้องการที่แท้จริงอีกครั้ง
ด้วยความช่วยเหลือของนักข่าวปาปารัสซี่ ทำให้ผมต้องค้นหาห้อง หลังอาหารกลางวัน

สาเหตุเพราะต้องการหลบแสงแฟลชจากนักข่าว
ผมจึงตัดสินใจอยู่แต่ในห้องพักอีกครั้ง...

ในความเป็นจริง มันก็ไม่ได้เลวร้ายอะไรนัก
ผม! ซึ่งท้ายที่สุดก็สามารถตั้งใจกับการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานได้
แต่ผมก็ได้รับรู้ความจริงในเวลานี้แล้วว่า
การซึบซับไม่สามารถทำให้เกิดไอเดียอะไรใหม่ๆได้




วันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม อากาศไม่เลวร้ายเกินไป

พวกเราทั้งหมด 10 คน ได้เดินทางออกจากสิงคโปร์ในเวลา 8 โมงเช้า
และได้มีเพื่อนเก่าเดินทางกลับพร้อมพวกเราด้วย ก็นักข่าวปาปารัสซี่ยังไงล่ะ
คนที่แสร้งทำเหมือนเป็นนักท่องเที่ยว

รู้สึกแปลกมาก
พวกเขาตามเรามาถึงสิงคโปร์ และเราก็รู้ดี
พวกเขาก็รู้ว่าเรารู้จักพวกเขา

แต่เราก็ได้แต่แสร้งทำเป็นไม่รู้จักพวกเขา
ก็พวกเราเป็นนักแสดงมาเป็นเวลานานแล้วนี่
และตอนนี้ผมก็รู้สึกเหนื่อยที่จะต้องเสแสร้งไปตลอดชีวิต

พวกเรากลับมาถึงฮ่องกง
เมื่อเราแวะไปรับกระเป๋า
พวกนักข่าวก็ไม่สามารถทำเสแสร้งได้อีกต่อไป
ในที่สุดพวกเขาก็หยิบกล้องถ่ายรูปขึ้นมา แล้วถ่ายรูปผมในระยะใกล้ เกือบๆ 300 ภาพ

ในระยะที่ใกล้มากๆ
ผมคิดว่าเขาเจตนาจะทำให้ผมรู้สึกโกรธ
แต่..
ผมจะไม่ทำแบบนั้นแน่ๆ
เสียใจด้วยนะ

ผมก็เลยถ่ายภาพเหตุการณ์ในขณะนั้นมาให้พวกคุณดู

ผมไม่ได้เขียนบทความเพื่อชี้แจงหรืออธิบายอะไร
การตีพิมพ์จากนิตยสารคงจะตามหลังผมมาในไม่ช้า
ดังนั้น ถ้าคุณสามารถเห็นการสร้างสรรค์ของพวกเขาได้ในวันหนึ่ง
